the psychotherapist

Bea Cuthbert is a BABCP accredited Psychotherapist with over 10 years experience of working with anxiety and mood disorders.

Since 2008 Bea has been in private practice in Plymouth and has also worked as a clinical supervisor and occasional lecturer at Plymouth University.

My Aim:

•  To identify your problem and how it is maintained

•  To identify your values and goals, i.e. how you would like to be and what you would like to do if you didn't have the problem

•  Provide you with education about how your problem works

•  Teach you how to break out of the vicious circle that your problem creates so that you can get on with your life

•  Teach you how to become your own Therapist

•  Offer support, help and encouragement
